1st Course // La Crescent
Pickled Beet Salad- An arrangement of pickled beets, pickled onions, cranberries, glazed walnuts, crumbled feta cheese atop a bed of arugula and radicchio drizzled with a honey-citrus vinaigrette (GF)
2nd Course // Petit Ami
Walleye Cakes w/ Dill Aioli- a crispy golden wild rice and walleye cake served with a dollop of fresh dill and tarter on a bed of arugula with lemon slice
3rd Course // MinnTerra Rosé
Seared duck confit finished with a blackberry reduction accompanied by seasoned roasted root vegetables (GF)
4th Course // 2014 Trinity (Library Wine)
Grilled Filet Mignon topped with a whiskey peppercorn sauce served alongside golden gouda duchess mashed potato and an asiago crisp (GF)
5th Course // Vidal Blanc
Peach Cobbler Cheesecake- a decadent cheesecake doused with fire roasted peach compote garnished with mascarpone, cobbler crumble and sea salt
