Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a glass of our award-winning Aurora Brut Sparkling Brianna. Sit down at our beautifully decorated harvest tables while enjoying five courses of a Minnesota Harvest focused dinner, complete with hand-selected wine pairings from our Level 1 Sommelier owner and Winemaker.

Course 1: Pickled Watermelon Rind Salad- An arrangement of pickled watermelon rinds, watermelon balls, red onion, mint and crumbled feta cheese atop a bed of romaine, baby arugula and radicchio drizzled with olive oil. (GF)
Course 2: Smoked Apple Pork Belly Crostini w/ Maple Glaze (DF)
Course 3: Arctic Char w/ red pepper remoulade topped with microgreens served with champagne risotto (GF)
Course 4: Elk Roulade infused with a blend of herbs and white truffle oil topped with a boursin cream sauce accompanied with cardamom tri colored charred carrots (GF)
