Carlos Creek Winery: MinnTerra Wines

Carlos Creek Winery has been producing high-quality, award-winning wine for 24 years. Situated in the heart of the Alexandria Lakes Area on the Bold North Cellars grounds, the family-owned winery takes pride in their commitment to sustainability and giving back to the community.
Inspired by the untamed beauty of the Minnesota wilderness, MinnTerra wines are both crafted and bottled with utmost care to honor the earth. The wines are produced in Carlos Creek Winery’s wind-powered facility, enclosed in eco-certified bottles, and a portion of proceeds goes to environmental causes in Minnesota through the Bold North Foundation.
22 Northmen Brewing Co.: Mustache Candy and Norse Lager
In addition to MinnTerra wines, Bold North Cellars is bringing the craftsmanship of 22 Northmen Brewing Co. to the fairgrounds this year. 22 Northmen’s Mustache Candy and Norse Lager is available at the Minnesota Craft Brewer’s Guild “Brewed in Minnesota” exhibit.
Mustache Candy, an American IPA, promises fairgoers a delightful blend of charming bitterness, candy-like aroma, and hop-induced sweetness. Also complementing the beer lineup is Norse Lager, a refreshing favorite featuring Finland-grown barley that’s cherished for its light body.
22 Northmen Brewing Co. is a beerventurous brewery located on the grounds of Bold North Cellars in Alexandria, Minnesota. The brewery focuses on producing high-quality craft lagers, adventurous ales, and original blends.
