What you need:

- 1 bottle of Carlos Creek Winery Marquette
- 1 cup vodka
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
How to make:
- Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher.
- Put in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes-four hours.

What you need:

- plain seltzer

How to make:
- Add ice to glass
- Pour in the pumpkin spice liquor and the wine
- Stir
- Top off with seltzer
- Add cinnamon stick to garnish

- burnt lemon peel for garnish
How to make:
- Combine ingredients in shaker with ice
- Shake
- Strain into glass
- Burn zest of a lemon peel to add smokiness
